Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport Terminal 1, Concourses B and C, and Terminal 2

Fort Lauderdale, FL

One of the world's 50 busiest air travel hubs, the Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport serves more than 32 million travelers annually, and has been steadily expanded and upgraded since the early 2000s. With recent expansions of the Airport’s Terminals 1 and 2, focus has shifted to renovation and introduction of a mix of more than a dozen food and beverage service choices, with planned new and updated restaurants and refreshment kiosks.

Among them are familiar brands and new names, including both local and nationally known venues: Whiskey River, Sergio's, Burger King, Rocco's Tacos, Offerdahl's, Red Stripe, Flash Fire Pizza, Shake Shack, Tarpon Bend, Outback Steakhouse, Beach Market, Umazushi, and two Starbucks settings.

SRS is tasked with drawings and supervision of all "back-of-house" kitchen facilities; interior design, accoutrements, and installations of guest areas; coordination and approvals in compliance with aviation officials, local, county, state, and federal codes and ordinances; and synchronization with engineering and all other construction subcontractors.
