Synalovski Romanik Saye Wins BASF Award as 'Architecture Firm of the Year'

October 16, 2018
Synalovski Romanik Saye was named "Architecture Firm of the Year" by the Builders Association of South Florida (BASF).

The Fort Lauderdale-based firm, which includes founder Manuel Synalovski and partners Merrill Romanik and Jose Saye, celebrates its 30th anniversary year as well. Synalovski Romanik Saye (SRS) can claim more than a thousand projects in South Florida, as well as work in Connecticut, Texas, Illinois, and Puerto Rico, and has earned dozens of awards and accolades for professional accomplishments as well as community service.

"Whether it's a brand-new complex, or re-visioning an existing site, small and large, we do it all," Synalovski said.

A multi-ethnic, bilingual practice, the firm's projects include award-winning city halls, public and private schools, colleges and universities, parks and cultural arts centers, fire, police, and municipal public works, corporate headquarters, retail plazas, hotels, restaurants, and houses of worship.

The Builders Association of South Florida (BASF) was established in 1944 to serve the combined trades, professionals, and specialties of the building field. It represents South Florida’s building industry by maintaining high standards in building through service to its membership and the general public, educational programs, and as liaison for government affairs.
