Designed and overseen by SRS Architect/Principal Merrill Romanik, the repurposed and restructured 50,000 SF building introduces a new corporate culture, with engaging space for 250 employees who manage 12,000 telecommunications and infrastructure workers all around North America. Dycom’s new branding, “The People Connecting America,” is exquisitely reflected in the dynamic open floor plan affording both individual and collaborative workspaces and high-tech accessibility throughout. Dycom Cable Spool Shaped Cakes

To mark the occasion, Ms. Romanik, an artful, award-winning cake sculptor, crafted five cakes in the form of cable spools. They were flavored with fillings of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup; M&Ms; Red Velvet Peppermint Candy; Vanilla/Nerd Filling; and Oreo Cookies. Tops and bottoms were crispy rice treats.
