A new era opens with Charles F. Dodge Pembroke Pines City Center

SRS was recognized as the Design Criteria Professional for the recently unveiled Charles F. Dodge Pembroke Pines City Center. Since 1994, SRS has had a significant design impact in the growth of the City of Pembroke Pines, with more than 100 projects in our portfolio. SRS wrote the criteria to guide the selected design-build team in the fulfillment of this $58 million, 200,000 SF multi-use complex.
