Village at Atlantic Shores

Under construction, Village at Atlantic Shores Phase I, slated for a fall completion, has leased 50 percent of its space, with major tenants: La Estancia Argentina, Doggis Arepa Bar, and Flippo's Kids Playground. Phase II, originally planned to include a residential component, will focus instead on filling a market need for additional commercial space. Groundbreaking for Phase II is planned for May, according to Developer Elias Benaim, pictured here.
